Mums & Bubs Yoga
Our mums and bubs yoga classes are the ideal way to ease back into gentle exercise after the birth of your baby. Tone and shape up while enjoying scheduled time out with the new special little person in your life.
At Womb In Bloom you’ll meet other new mamas in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment. Our classes are mother-centred and totally baby friendly. That means you can enjoy all the benefits of a deeply nourishing yoga practice with your baby right along side you.
Babies are free to sleep, feed, cry, laugh, graze and everything else that little ones naturally do!
At Womb In Bloom we’ve carefully curated the best yoga postures, gentle stretches and breathing exercises to help address common concerns during the early postpartum period including sore neck, back and shoulders, weak pelvic floor, abdominal separation, fatigue, anxiety and low mood. We focus on gently and effectively restoring your strength, energy and wellbeing from the inside out.
